Well, not totally clear. As Admin and Communications officer of ISOC-DC I
have been using Fonteva for weekly emails to our membership, The
Interplanetary Chapter also sends out regular emails. Once mastered, it is
relatively easy, and I love that the -TR journey actually reaches the
Chapter's entire membership, something Membernova never did. Yes, it needs
improvement, Veni's request for translated subjects, for example, but it's
not broken.

And, while the Chatter function is still gaining traction, in certain
groups, e.g. the Online Safety SIG we are already having some good back and
forth. Email integration works well. The need to continuously log in to use
the online aspect is a bit of a bind, but once I bookmarked all my groups,
not really a problem. I would recommend that members switch from the
'digest' default to 'every post' and set mail filters.

What _is_ peculiar is that it appears that any member can edit another
member's posts! Also it's not clear how moderation works. But again mail
filters...

I will say that I miss the 'Global Forum'. I do believe there should be
some way for members to exchange info Society-wide.

Is there not a mailman for the ChAC? Should be.
