   - *325 Hudson Datacenter update *- Zach  talks about a new colo install
   in a major hub
   - *Linux Routing* - Zach is experimenting how this might improve latency
   - *Youth Action YouthBuild of East Harlem collab* - Andrew & Marg talk
   about how what originally was a simple request for a training support
   letter turned into a major collaboration and multi building install.
   - *Borough Park hub overview* - Matt Boyd talks about how a request from
   an unserved building is leading to a hub that can serve all of South
   Brooklyn, and also how the all units in the building are being connected
   using MOCA over legacy coax.
   - *Olmsted Hub update *- JohnB reports on his ongoing major buildig
   fiber install
   - *Pearl Hub SN1 update* - John B reports on SN1 = SuperNode 1 the
   original first hub that was funded by a BYN grant, now being repurposed and
   upgraded.
