[Chapter-delegates] Advice request from ISOC Puerto Rico

Dear Chapter Advisory Committee Members,

The ISOC Puerto Rico Chapter needs immediate attention from the Chapter
Advisory Council Steering Committee (ChAC-SC). First, the chapter delegate
list must be opened to observers to enhance transparency and understanding
of ongoing discussions concerning ISOC chapters. Second, ISOC LIVE services
and archiving must be formally addressed to continue to be supported by
ISOC.



To address these concerns, ISOC Puerto Rico officially requests the ChAC-SC
to generate two formal recommendations to the ISOC Board of Trustees
reflecting the above issues. As representatives of the chapters, the
ChAC-SC plays a vital role in conveying the collective voice and ensuring
that these recommendations are formally presented to the board for its
consideration and response.
