[Chapter-delegates] Application to start an Internet Society Chapter US Los Angeles and Southern California : Peer-Review

*The application to start a new chapter named ISOC-LA-SOCAL is well
prepared and already getting support from nearby Chapter which I found it
interesting. *
*I am fully positive and support the establishment this new chapter. *

*@Kayle, I'm wondering how close or overlapping, in terms of Chapters'
operating geography, we need to accommodate in the future? *
