[Chapter-delegates] 2024 ISOC Board of Trustees Elections Results

Well, information is flowing as well as communication. However, Chapters
need to suggest a way (format, frequency, deepness) to get this
information. Again, to be more proactive. A simple question, is ChAC a
working and useful structure ? If so, ok .. it is what it is. But if not,
then how to reform it to be more effective in such a need of information
and communication ?
