ople that has been interested in forming a Chapter there, but so far they h=
ave not organized themselves enough to present an application yet.<br>
We will continue to support this effort, as Nicaragua is in a very dire sit=
uation with respect to Internet penetration: they are the less connected co=
untry in the continental Americas, just slightly better than Haiti in the C=
aribbean.<br>
