northern hemisphere, differences between U.S. and European chapters are significant.
Also rejuvenated and newly formed chapters tend to operate differently
than those that are around longer. That said we need to find common ground
to make sure ISOC is able to operate globally leveraging local presence
and influence of chapters. I have observed some other Internet-based 
global organizations and they face similar issues with diverse chapters
all around the world.

If you have any more questions, especially those that would fit in the Q10,
please go ahead, we still have few hours to go.
