[Chapter-delegates] WhatsApp’s

I'm astonished by your answer! All of us in the group try to have
coherent conversations. Outside communication channels like the WhatsApp
group overflow the communication, distorting the work and creating
misunderstandings!

This is not a matter of joining or not a WhatsApp group; is an
essential discussion of the proper use of communication tools. And who and,
what, and where we produce ideas recommendations, and most importantly,
keep the information for accountability, history, and the trace of ideas. A
working group is a space for sharing views, paths, and doubts. If somebody
uses alternative channels, the division becomes a reality, and the
trace of ideas and proposals is lost forever.

Your answer "Those that disagree are free not to join also. It can't be
mandatory!" is unfortunate. Please don't call to disband the ideas, call to
join and share, not disinformation!
