[Chapter-delegates] WhatsApp’s

I understand the attraction of a whatsapp group, but doesn't
whatsapp represent all that we, as ISOC chapters, are fighting
against - closed, proprietary walled gardens controlled by
megacorporations that specifically refuse to interoperate
with other parts of the net?
