[Chapter-delegates] Application to start an Internet Society Chapter in US Pacific Northwest (PNW): Request for Review and Comments

Dear Colleagues,

As you may recall, since December 2022 the San Francisco Bay Area ISOC
Chapter has hosted monthly meetings for ISOC members in US states and
regions who are hoping to form new ISOC chapters. We’re thrilled to see
this Pacific Northwest Chapter Application come to full flower and support
it wholeheartedly.

Thank you very much to the team who put it together and we look forward to
working with them as colleagues!
