[Chapter-delegates] Support for People with Disabilities for IGF Participation

I am Mohammad, secretary of the Youth Standing Group.

An interesting question popped up recently. Are there any funding program
for IGF participation, specifically, for people with disabilities?

Would really appreciate any information on this. Looking forward to hearing
