Dear Olivier,

Thanks for your email, of course everybody is welcomed to comment about
2030 ISOC Strategy and other issues related. Please feel free to do it as
individual or as chapter leader. Every session of the Board is open to
observers and you can contact any of the 15 members to bring the issues to
the sessions. We have been discussing if we should have open-mic sessions
in the future.
