[Chapter-delegates] Internet Shutdown in Gaza : Request for ISOC's Position

Dear Jessica

I support you 100%. ISOC needs release a statement of condemnation
regardless of who is shutting down the Internet in Gaza. If the Israel has
stated targeting the infrastructure in Gaza that is really a ground for
releasing the statement

This is not about taking sides in the conflict BUT defending the Internet
that should be accessed by all regardless of the situation(s).
