[Chapter-delegates] Spread the words: we look for outstanding teens (13-19) with a great passion for Tech

Dear chapter leaders and delegates,

The IGF Dynamic Teen Coalition has been launched during the last global IGF
in Kyoto.

We are currently in the process to form a Board of teen members aged 13-19
by opening an application form.

The Board currently counts 5 teen members including a teen startupper, a
United Nations advocate, an AI programmer, all of them underage.

They are impressive and we are looking for other outstanding teens to
complete the Board.

Should you know any, please share this opportunity with their parents or
legal guardians.
