[Chapter-delegates] Passing Away of Nabil Bukhalid, Vice- President of Lebanon Internet Society Chapter

Sad news at the beginning of the year. On behalf of the ISOC Kenya Chapter,
we convey our sincere condolences to Nabil Bukhalid family, Lebanon ISOC
Chapter and the entire ISOC community. May his soul rest in eternal peace.
