[Chapter-delegates] Passing Away of Nabil Bukhalid, Vice- President of Lebanon Internet Society Chapter

As I had said on the social media channels when I first heard about the untimely passing of Nabil Bukhalid, it is a great loss.  I recall working with Nabil and ISOC Lebanon on IGF issues and on ISOC issues.  I recall with fondness our meeting at ISOC Global events and it is indeed a huge loss to the community. My heart goes out to Nabil’s family and to his colleague at ISOC Lebanon. May his memories forever be a blessing to him, his family, and all his colleagues.
