[Chapter-delegates] Passing Away of Nabil Bukhalid, Vice- President of Lebanon Internet Society Chapter

On behalf of the ISOC Nigeria Chapter, we share in your grief and we hope
that the entire Lebanon Chapter of ISOC finds comfort in the good memories
he left as well as the good legacies he worked for.
