I presume that the use of a Facebook page to collect nominations is a hint as to possible nominees?

Subject: [Chapter-delegates] BigBrotherAwards - Bulgarian edition
Hi, everyone.
ISOC - Bulgaria and Access to Information Program are announcing call for nominations for the Big Brother (anti)awards. Here's the English (shorter than Bulgarian - sorry!) announcement from the official web site https://bigbrotherawards.bg/
<https://www.isoc.bg/> Internet Society Bulgaria and <https://www.aip-bg.org/> Access to Information Program in Bulgaria call for nominations about governmental bodies, companies and persons which have violated or violate the privacy of citizens and citizens' data.
Suggestions can be submitted via the ISOC-Bulgaria Facebook page <https://www.facebook.com/internetsocietybg> here or via the emails of the two organizations, listed below. Government agencies and private companies are increasingly violating the privacy of people everywhere. Enormous amounts of personal data are being collected, stored and processed - often illegally - in the pursuit of more efficient marketing, greater social control, and more powerful mechanisms for monitoring of the citizen.
Wanted to let you know about this (great) initiative, which we have been part of since 2002.
