Dear Alejandra,
thanks for sharing this opportunity. I can't help but noticing that the program has undergone a substantial improvement and I will gladly share it in the Youth standing group and other youth-focused group.

I just have a question. I saw that among the eligibility criteria there's the following:
·         Be able to travel and hold a valid passport.
Does it mean that the selected Ambassadors will receive a travel support?

Based on years of success and feedback on our IGF Youth Ambassador Program, we are broadening the program to provide fellows more opportunities to engage in and grow their visibility on the global Internet governance stage.

This program is for Internet Society members aged 18-30 who want to:

  *   Attend a significant Internet event, such as the Global IGF, RightsCon or a Regional IGF.
  *   Deepen their subject expertise through specific Internet governance online training.
  *   Broaden their advocacy, diplomacy, communications, project management, and leadership skills.
  *   Engage and collaborate with key Internet stakeholders from around the world.
  *   Be mentored by key Internet leaders and experts.
  *   Develop the skills and connections needed to make more of an impact in their local communities (and beyond)!

If you know any passionate young Internet Society members ready to collaborate and innovate for a better world, please, share this announcement with them!
