Dear Colleagues,
I would like to express my deepest gratitude to every Chapter for
supporting and electing me in the just concluded election as a member of
the Board of Trustees for the Internet Society. I am humbled and feel
honored to have been chosen by such a distinguished group of individuals as
you.
I also want to take a moment to acknowledge and congratulate my
co-contestants. The caliber of candidates was impressive, and it was an
honor to stand alongside them. I appreciate their contributions to the
election process and their commitment to the Internet Society.
Also, my appreciation to the Nomination and Election Committees for an
excellent job well executed.
As an elected member of the Board of Trustees, I understand the immense
responsibility that comes with this role, and I am committed to working
hard to help further the mission of the Internet Society. I believe that
the Internet is a vital tool that has the potential to transform the way we
live, work, and communicate with each other.
I look forward to working with other BoT members and the entire Internet
Society community to ensure that the Internet remains for everyone.
Once again, thank you for your trust and support.
Sincerely,
*Caleb Ogundele*
