[Chapter-delegates] Accessibility Standing Group + ISOC Chapters Meeting

The meeting being 4am in my time zone, I am afraid I will not be able to
attend, but I hope the meeting will bring about good discussion to carry
forward the work that needs to be done for ISOC at all levels for the
realization of the goals of the resolutions to advance accessibility within
and outside our organization. A big thank you to the work of the Standing
Group.
