[Chapter-delegates] Chapter formation in Libya

Thanks Andrew for the detailed reply. I guess things are clear now. The*
Internet Society Pakistan Islamabad Chapter strongly supports *the
application for a new Chapter in Libya and is looking forward to working
with all Chapter's *worldwide. *
