Hi Rati,
Maybe it's a bit out of the scope of your approach to the subject, but I'm
currently developing a research about potential fragmentation effects from
Intellectual Property policies available in Big Tech platforms (especially
those related to content moderation), and part of the work done is related
to language barriers.
The research is made under a personal attribution for a LACNIC program, not
as ISOC Brazil, and the results are what one would expect - gaps in
translated policies, direct translations that do not take into account
particularities of certain countries or regions, etc. However, if it is of
any interest to you, it would be a pleasure to exchange some ideas about
the issue.
