[Chapter-delegates] A request for advice from the Board of Trustees

Well that specific point is something to put in a brief to political 
communication experts. So any advice fits.

Underlying my note is observation that campaigning for the Internet model 
is in itself a political action.

It's just that the arguments for or against draft laws are not considering 
the model or the reasoning behind it as a primary or even secondary concern.

But the implications can be telling for any advice to the board.
