[Chapter-delegates] Please review your draft performance evaluation reports and address missing items by 5 December!

Dear Colleagues,

This is to let you know that the draft 2022 year-end performance evaluation reports are now available for review in the chapter portal (AMS).

This is how you can find yours:

- Log into the chapter portal (AMS)<https://admin.internetsociety.org/622619/User/Login>
- Choose your chapter under "My Chapters and Special Interest Groups (SIG)"

Once you’re on your Chapter Dashboard, do the following:

- Click on "My Chapter Profile"
- Then click on the "Evaluations" tab there
- Under "Chapter/SIG Evaluations History", look for the “December 2022" round and click on "View"; this will bring you to your draft evaluation report.

Please check if there's anything missing that would need to be updated. If so, please reach out to your Regional Community Engagement Manager for support.

The deadline for any addiIonal updates is 5 December 2022. After this date, additional updates may not be considered.

Please note!:

1) Updates to chapter records made after our first update deadline of 14 November may not be reflected in this draft report. Those updates will be reflected in the final report.

2) Final attendance figures for the regional quarterly calls and participation in the Chapter Advisory Council Steering Committee elections will also be updated in the chapter records before the final report.

The final chapter performance evaluation results and awarded badge will be announced on 21 December 2022.
