[Chapter-delegates] Barbados Chapter: Out of rejuvenation

This is really good news and I congratulate the new team. I am at your
disposal for anything I can do to help you succeed.

The UN IGF is around the corner and I would encourage the new chapter
members to participate (even if remotely) to see some of the global issues
on IG that are taking place.
