[Chapter-delegates] Message from Andrew Sullivan

Colleagues,

Internet is a global Infrastructure for all. It is the oxygen of the world!
It should be and MUST be independent of the geopolitical conflicts and
interests. It is flatly wrong to cut Russia loose of the Internet because
Putin and his cronies do not represent Russia. The only person who should
bear the consequences of their acts of aggression is Putin and his fellow
decision makers.

I think we need to add a new phrase to the definition of the internet”
….network of networks….and wholly independent of the geopolitical
machinations of the countries of the world ..,,
