[Chapter-delegates] Announcing Interplanetary Chapter and Qatar Chapter

Wow. Honestly, that's how it is in almost all fields. There are gems hidden
in old papers on AI that current researchers usually don't even know about.
I really need to access old articles and books. Do you know of any freely
available site of old articles and papers on the Internet?
