[Chapter-delegates] Final Reminder: 2022 Mid-year Chapter Performance Evaluations - update your chapter's records today

Odd to get a final reminder a day or two after becoming a chapter.... But
nevertheless, I think we are up to date. I walked Scott through making the
entry for today's webinar last week.

I will double check and make any updates today.
