[Chapter-delegates] Chapter Formation in Saudi Arabia

Dear Hana,

I support the formation of ISOC Chapter in Saudi Arabia. My observation is
as follows;
1. They have to add the word Chapter at the end of Saudi Internet Society
2. ISOC Chapters are members based and although they are NGOs, members are
at the center of everything- their strength, ingenuity, abilities etc comes
first as vehicle to serve the community in which they are part of.
