[Chapter-delegates] Early Career Fellowship - Cohort February 2022

Good evening to you.

I am delighted to have been one of the reviewers. It's a great program.

For the list of successful candidates, I don't know how we can give an
opinion based on the names in the candidates when during the evaluations
the work was anonymous. In addition, we have no description that can stick
us a name on the anonymities. Another thing to consider, there were several
groups of reviewers and necessarily all the evaluators did not have access
to all the files.

As a suggestion, we need a concise description or a video of the selected
projects.
It was just a small contribution.
