[Chapter-delegates] Recent Beyond the Net program improvements

Dear Chapters,


In September of last year, the Internet Society Foundation distributed a survey requesting Chapter input on the Beyond the Net (BtN) grant program. This effort informs our work as a learning organization and is helping us continuously refine our strategies and programs to better serve our grantees.



The survey aimed to get feedback on the following topics:

·                     Your experiences accessing and managing grants from the Internet Society Foundation  and other funders

·                     Your Chapters’ composition and activities

·                     Your relationships with local communities and how you approach collaboration and partnerships



Thank you all for taking the time to provide your feedback. Based on the input, we’ve made a number of changes to the Beyond the Net Program. These changes took effect February 1. You can see a summary of the program improvements in the attached flyer.

You can also see these updates reflected in the updated Beyond the Net Small<https://www.isocfoundation.org/grant-programme/beyond-the-net-small-grants/> and Beyond the Net Large<https://www.isocfoundation.org/grant-programme/beyond-the-net-large-grants/> pages of the Foundation website, which remain the best places for you to read the most up-to-date information on the program.
