Where we all the worldwide members of chapters and SIGs can reach a
instructions manual about how to conduct our relations with the
changing-rules relations between the chapters/SIGs and the members?

In the first place, I was very surprised... right now, I am very
disgusted :-/

I consider myself a bit "connaisseur" about the communication ways in
Organizations...

How many registered members in for Education SIG could have in the same
trouble?

Please, any of the person with the duty, could give me the full history
and path of communications and the several platforms used for the
communications between the new SIG and their members?

I am very curious about when and how the "new" members of the new SIG we
received the instructions in order to keep in the loop.
