[Chapter-delegates] Announcement of the 2023 Chapters Advisory Council Steering Committee election results

Congratulations to those elected. Among those elected for this year. This
team includes some who have a deep commitment to the Internet way of
networking and exceptional leadership traits. I hope this team elaborately
builds upon the work so far done for the good of the Chapters, ISOCand the
global Internet.
