[Chapter-delegates] Inquiry on youth initiatives in ISOC Chapters

I have been with very poor health and not very sure if this too might be of
interest to you:


I am from ISOC Uganda Chapter

We have started the first internet Cafe (for free internet access to blind
youth in Soroti Uganda)


This project is located at Opucet Village, in Soroti Uganda
