[Chapter-delegates] Scans / phishing

Dear all,

Just a warning - I have recently received several attempts at phishing
sent to the chapter contact email.

One recent example was about 2 emails that supposedly were returned to 
sender, and one was about the email password about to expire.

I know we are all used to these, and don't click on links without
checking them, but just wanted to give a heads-up...
