[Chapter-delegates] Final results of the 2022 ISOC Board elections and IETF selection

Thanks Maimouna Diop for the final results of the election to ISOC Board of
Trustees.

I congratulate Charles Mok, Sagarika Wickramasekera, Barry Leiba and Victor
Kuarsingh for being elected to the ISOC Board of Trustees.

Best wishes to Board of Trustees in these testing times for the world of
Internet and ISOC.
