[Chapter-delegates] Board discusses related to diversity, equity, and inclusion.

The board met informally earlier today, and I wanted to reflect to the
community that a portion of that meeting was dedicated to a discussion of
the issues of diversity, equity, and inclusion which have recently been
discussed in this list.  The governance committee had already been working
on a related topic as part of the advice to the upcoming NomCom, and we
discussed that process and a number of other proposals, some derived from
this list.

The chair of that committee, Paul Ebersman, will provide an update from the
governance committee once it has met.  Please look for that early next week.
