[Chapter-delegates] membership in this list

Hi Veni, all,

Following my message yesterday about this list’s membership, we realised that the updating of the Board of Trustee members on the list following the last Board transition in July 2021 did not take place yet. Apologies for the confusion this may have caused.

We will work on updating this - but given the currently ongoing discussion here, we suggest to only do this in a few days from now.

Both the chapter-delegates list and the chapter leaders community on the Connect engagement platform are automatically synchronised with the list of current chapter and SIG officers - as kept up to date by the chapters and SIGs themselves via the Chapter Portal (AMS). In addition, some Internet Society and Internet Society Foundation staff as well as some of the Board of Trustees are on the list too. It is a place for chapter and SIG officers to discuss and membership is therefore limited.
