FWIW you can find meeting participation stats at https://datatracker.ietf.org/stats/meeting/110/country/ and https://datatracker.ietf.org/stats/meeting/110/continent/ (that is for the 110th meeting). Obviously meeting participation is just one facet of participation at the IETF and one of the nice things about the IETF process is much of the engagement & discussion is on email lists (so the bar is quite low to participate).
