At least when I visit the site, https://www.isocfoundation.org/about/ does in fact say, "Our work advances the vision of the Internet Society (ISOC): The Internet is For Everyone." There's a link there back to the Internet Society's home page.

Thanks for the catch! There's been some work on both the Internet Society and Foundation pages of late, and this must have been changed by accident. We'll fix.

Well, the general mailbox foundation at isocfoundation.org is checked every day by someone responsible to ensure general enquiries get routed correctly. Each funding page also has a program-specific mail for that program. But also, the contact us page for the Internet Society (as I think Ted pointed out elsewhere in the thread) was recently updated in response to Internet Society members' feedback to include direct ways to reach the board. The Foundation's Board of Trustees page now also includes the mail board-chair at isocfoundation.org, but that only came into effect this week.
Also, to be fair, part of the reason the Internet Society pages have such a lot of "contact us" information is because the Internet Society staff is approximately ten times that of the Foundation, so there simply are fewer points of ingress to the Foundation.
I hope that's useful.
Best regards,
A
