[Chapter-delegates] Reminder: Please review your draft performance evaluation reports and address missing items by 5 December!

Dear Colleagues,

This is a kind reminder that the draft 2021 year-end performance evaluation reports are available for review in the chapter portal (AMS) until 5 December.

This is how you can find yours:

- Log into the chapter portal (AMS)<https://admin.internetsociety.org/622619/User/Login>
- Choose your chapter under "My Chapters and Special Interest Groups (SIG)"

Once you’re on your Chapter Dashboard, do the following:
- click on "My Chapter Profile"
- then click on the "Evaluations" tab there
- under "Chapter/SIG Evaluations History", look for the “December 2021" round & click on "View"
- this will bring you to your draft evaluation report

Please have a look if there's anything missing that would need to be updated. If so, please reach out to your Regional Community Engagement Manager.

The deadline for any additional updates is 5 December 2021. After this date, additional updates may not be considered.
