[Chapter-delegates] *Final Reminder*: Update Chapter Records for Year-End Performance Evaluations

Dear Colleagues,

This is our final reminder asking you to update your chapter records via the Chapter Portal (AMS) by the end of Tuesday, 16 November, in preparation for our 2021 year-end performance evaluations if you have not yet done so.

The performance evaluations help identify the areas in which the chapters need most support to improve (e.g. engagement, outreach, governance, etc.), and to receive Badge Awards reflecting their successes by the end of the year. The level of Badge Awards has an impact on the amount of chapter admin funding chapters will be able to apply for in the coming year.
