[Chapter-delegates] 2021 Mid-year Chapter Performance Evaluations (please update your Chapter's records before by 02 June 2021.)

Dear Colleagues,

With this message, we would like to give you a quick heads-up on the upcoming 2021 mid-year chapter performance evaluations.

Given the ongoing global pandemic and the additional difficulties this represents for the chapters, the mid-year round of chapter performance evaluations will not have an impact on your chapter's official status.

However, the mid-year evaluations will still take place. The goal is to give both chapter Leaders and Internet Society staff a better understanding of what points need increased focus and support per chapter for the remainder of the year. We’d like to ensure that a maximum of chapters are in good standing by the end of 2021.

Again, this round will not have any impact on your chapter’s current “standing status” and badge. These will remain valid until the end of 2021. Please update your chapter's record via the Chapter Portal (AMS)<https://admin.internetsociety.org/622619/User/Login> accordingly by 02 June 2021. More details and “how to” can be found in the guide<https://isoc.box.com/s/xmimoxsro6rtaqjqleptkagh3j9k5kys>. A draft evaluation report per chapter will then be produced on 08 June 2021.
