[Chapter-delegates] Internet history, was ISOC open letter

I spent a fair amount of time with Katie Hafner when she was writing the
book. I think she did an excellent job with the big picture, the people
and the organizational aspects. She didn't really attempt to get down to
the architectural issues in the protocols.
If all of you have your druthers, what you want us old timers to write
about?
