[Chapter-delegates] Kind reminder: Please review your draft chapter performance evaluation reports by 21 June!

Dear Colleagues,

This is a reminder that the draft 2021 mid-year performance evaluation reports are available for your review in the chapter portal (AMS).

Please have a look if there's anything missing that needs to be updated.

The deadline for additional updates is 21 June 2021.

This is how you can find your chapter’s draft report:

- Log into the chapter portal (AMS)<https://admin.internetsociety.org/622619/User/Login>
- Choose your chapter under "My Chapters and Special Interest Groups (SIG)"

Once you’re on your Chapter Dashboard, do the following:
- click on "My Chapter Profile"
- then click on the "Evaluations" tab there
- under "Chapter/SIG Evaluations History", look for the “June 2021" round and click on "View"
- this will bring you to your draft evaluation report

If there's something missing that needs to be updated, please reach out to your Regional Community Engagement Manager.

The reports will be finalised after 21 June.

As mentioned in our earlier message, the results of this mid-year round of evaluations will not have an impact on your chapter's official “standing” status given the difficult times we’re going through because of the COVID-19 pandemic. We will only use these results to better target our support of each chapter to ensure that a maximum of chapters are in good standing by the end of 2021.
