[Chapter-delegates] Attend the ISOC and ISOC Foundation Annual General Meetings this weekend

Thank you George, this is really welcome, even though a little bit last 
minute, thus many of us might have already had our week-end full. I know 
that in Europe in particular, this week-end is the big July/August 
crossover with millions of people on flights, in trains and in traffic 
jams across Europe... Maybe listening on ISOC BoT meetings will cheer 
them up. :-)
