[Chapter-delegates] Petition filed by Glenn Carl McKnight to be added to Election Slate

As Chair of the Internet Society Nominations Committee, I am providing notification that Mr. Glenn Carl McKnight has filed a petition to add his name to the slate of candidates for the Chapters election to the Internet Society board of trustees.
