Hi, Andrew and everyone.
While I understand you won't comment on the substance of Richard's 
message, I want to make sure that *no chapter delegate is feeling that 
they can't forward messages from the ISOC Internet Policy list to the 
chapter-delegates list.*

Each message, published at the ISOC Internet Policy list (to which each 
ISOC member can subscribe here 
https://admin.internetsociety.org/622619/User/Login), ends with the 
following line:

My reading of it is that the Legal Notice at that URL gives any member 
of the Internet Policy list to forward messages from that list not only 
to the chapter-delegates list, but to any other, even outside of ISOC:

In addition, the posting party grants the Internet Society and users of 
this site the nonexclusive right and license to display, copy, publish, 
distribute, transmit, print, and use such information or other material.

Andrew,
I believe that this is the case, but happy to hear arguments, if you 
think that my reading is not correct. But I hope that my reading is 
right, and other chapter delegates will feel free to copy and forward 
messages from the Internet Policy list to the chapter-delegates one.
