[Chapter-delegates] new paper of interest for the chapters

Hi, everyone.

I thought this may be interesting for the group - especially for those
of you, who are engaged with your national governments on issues,
related to the Cyber- and Internet-related discussions at the UN and
other UN agencies.


ICANN organization’s Government Engagement has published a new paper,

It is a Country Focus Report *Update*: Russian Federation
Internet-Related Laws and United Nations Deliberations. This paper is an
update covering the period from 24 October 2020 to 21 April 2021. I
